Our mission

Asian Women Leaders is a non-profit organization. It is a premier Women’s Business Network, a new beacon of perseverance for women worldwide, and a community of dynamic and distinguished women celebrating Asian women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals’ brilliance. For hundreds of years, male-dominated industries and cultures have misguided women toward powerlessness. We strive to help women step out of the shadows and into a sunrise, we can all look forward to together.

To progress our civilized world, we must face the inequality suffered by women for far too long. From the current situation, we can indeed conclude that to bring Asian Women to Leadership, we must first Recognize, then Recruit, and finally Retain one another, as WE are the truest most valuable resource life has to offer. Let’s bring higher morality levels to light and accept all perspectives that include Cohesiveness, Civility, and Caring. Let’s start here and now!
